Position as postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Clinical Immunology, Zealand University Hospital, Zealand Region
We have a vacant position as postdoctoral researcher from 2024-08-01 to conduct an 12 months study on mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) immunology, MSC product development, and early biomarkers in pancreatic cancer.
The position is temporary and runs for 11 months. The position is 37 hours per week, with work hours between 08:00 – 15:24 on weekdays. However, the research project can also require that you work on evenings/weekends.
The position is at the Department of Clinical Immunology in Næstved. However, in 2025 we will move the department to Køge. The research will aim at determining the importance of HLA-F in MSC immunology and establishing MSC products for patient treatment. We have already developed and designed most of the work flow and projects for this treatment but still need some quality control in place. The study is conducted in close collaboration with Department of Science and Environment, Roskilde University and Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Odense University Hospital.
The postdoctoral researcher shall run the project, perform quality control, prepare the MSC production for approval. In addition the postdoctoral researcher shall conduct molecular biology analyses on MSC cellular and immunological functions, miRNA analyses in pancreatic cancer as well as publishing the results. - Defining the QP for the GMP production
- Validation of BactAlert according to EU regulation
- Establishing Mycoplasma test according to EU regulation
- Revalidation of Flow analysis on NovoCyte
- All processes has to be validated x3 according to EU regulation
- Repeating aseptic process monitoring and establishing system for repeated QC of these
The specific deliverables within pancreatic cancer are:
